1. Registration
   • Complete the registration and pay the required fee. You also need to send us the documents required (please pathway)
   • ONTO will acknowledge your payment and the registration via e-mail
2. Application and Processing
   • Application form will be sent to complete the processing of the documents
   • Depending on which country you are applying from, you will be referred to the authorised agent for further processing of your documents.
3. Selection process
   • Once ONTO Team are satisfied with your application, we will arrange for an interview through telephone or conference interview with the authorised agent.
   • On completion of the process and the student has been accepted to undertake the course programme and offer letter will be sent to the student through the agent.
4. Enrolment stage
   • On receipt of the offer letter, the student with the support of the agent will have to complete the visa application for and apply for the student visa, Enrolment fee must be paid. (Please see attach fee structure)
   • On successful application the student will pay the balance of the tuition fee (please fee structure) and arrangement of the flight will have to be done with the support of the agent. All necessary flight information must be communicated with ONTO.
   • On arrival in the UK, ONTO will arrange for the airport pick up and taken to the accommodation or ONTO office.
   • All the required documents including the passport and other original documents must be presented to Administrative officer and photocopy of the documents must be taken. Relevant fee must be paid also this time.
   • All required documents like CRB/POVA, Occupational Health Screening, opening a Bank account and making an arrangement for the National Insurance Number must be processed as soon as possible prior to the commencement of the clinical placement.
   • On completion of the enrolment and processing of the documents, the student will commence the induction and this will take a maximum of 2 weeks. This consists of classroom and self directed study.
5. Placement stage
   • Clinical placement will commence for a specified time according to the course outline. During this time mentor or assessor will organise an orientation for the student.
   • Assessment, clinical supervision and support will be conducted during the programme.
6. Completion of the programme
   • On completion of the programme, the programme lead will oversee the completed portfolio and other documents to be submitted to the University or Awarding Body.
   • ONTO organise a presentation of the Certificates
